One important bit that I forgot to mention in the video is that, once reset, the new ecommerce code should be shared with the customer as their new “temporary password”. They can reset it at anytime through the website portal.

Also, please note that the process can be applied to all accounts (not just new rentals). We can prorate a customer to a preferred due date in order to help them out during this time. We can set them up on Autopay and highlight the benefits of social distancing.
